Take a close look. Some do not cover electrical which is where the expensive repairs are.

Yes.
Whenever I buy a "new" car, I always get something less than 2 years old and less than 20k miles, but always with the 100k miles, 7-year , bumper-to-bumper warranty. I have always gotten a great deal along with peace of mind. I get the warranty because I figure that I may be buying a lemon-- that maybe that's why the car was so cheap. And whenever it needed repair, I would go into the service center and proudly announce that "the car is under warranty." Ok, it only paid for itself once, but in that case the repairs were twice the cost of the warranty. I should mention that I would not purchase a warranty if buying a brand new car. BTW I'm currently in the market for a "new" car, being an owner of a 2007 and 2009. Looking for a 2018-2020 Camry or Accord. Kicking myself for not buying last year. No way will I get a "great deal" again any time soon. I read an article yesterday that it will be around 18 months before the industry has an adequate supply of semiconductors. |

As it shouldn't be for what we pay. |
