We are in CCD 1 and recently bought a home adjoining a preserve. Who is responsible for fence maintenance or repair - The Villages or each homeowner whose property adjoins? Our fence has a broken piece. If The Villages is responsible which department do we contact for repair?

I don't know about the fence but can I ask you a question? Is it more "buggy" living near a preserve than living in the sections that are farther away from a preserve? Thank you so much
