That is the map I'm looking for. Does anyone know which corner of the turnpike the Magnolia plaza will reside?

It's bad enough by car.

Still haven't been able to stop and smell the roses huh?

To be clear, there are no plans for Buena Vista to extend south of 44. Instead, Meggison Road will be extended beyond 44, down to Warm Springs Avenue (CR 468).

They have changed the name twice now, either way same results.

The new regional rec center will be on the corner on your left as you approach the turnpike on 468 coming from Fenney towards 44. Magnolia Plaza will be on your left before you get to the rec center.

Actually, by not wasting my time going on long journeys by golf cart, I have a lot more time to smell the roses!!

If they keep building to the south we will soon have cart parking at the Orlando airport!

I suspect we have a different interpretation of what that means....mine is literal...stopping by the ponds, enjoying the wildlife, smelling the flowers, socializing with folks along the way, making new friends. I assume your's is destination based with speed. No right answer, just works what works. Thanks for the kiss

I look forward to arriving in Key West by golf cart.

Given the growth coming south of 44 it is doubtful they won’t eventually build a fourth square.

Im having trouble with this sentence. It is a double negative. Or maybe a quadruple negative. At any rate I cannot make sense of it

I could take the views for about a month or so, and also take walks on the beach, but I would have been bored to death after about a year of that. Lots happening around here. Great golf, town squares, music nightly, lots of clubs and if you meet someone you don't like, you will probably never see them again. Just my thoughts......

Been there done that in the smaller environment in Ocala, we’d been going there for over 20 years to visit my in laws, when they passed away we inherited a home in Oak Run between SR 484 and 200. After 2 years of wintering there we found it was just too quiet for us. We did make quite a few friends there so when we decided to buy we purchased in the Northwest corner of TV after renting in Chatam. We enjoy the quieter environment and we’re about 18 miles where are Oak Run friends are.

It's only missing a comma (after '44'), but is easy enough to understand...by most.

Translation for those who are having trouble;

"Due to the continuing house building south of County Road 44, Brownwood won't be the last Town Square built."

P.S. I'm is a contraction...and requires an apostrophe. :ho:

That is an excellent point. The end of the day, you're more tired, less alert than when you started out.

In my opinion anyone that needs to get in to his car if it's more the 15 minutes away is in way too much of a hurry. Driving a golf cart throughout The Villages is a beautiful thing. Slow down ,take your golf cart and enjoy the Villages and all it has to offer by driving your golf cart around...WHAT'S the hurry?

In our case it has nothing to do with being in a hurry. We'll take the air conditioning, protection from the rain, windshield wipers, and safety of a car over a cart any day.

I've been in a golf cart in a pop-up torrential downpour, and visibility was zero. No thanks.
