Default Fenney - Electric and Water Utilities

Does anyone know who supplies water and electric to the village of Fenney?

Drinking water comes from City of Wildwood. Irrigation water is through the Villages..

Thumbs up

And Power from SECO.

We received letters several months back stating the Villages would be supplying drinking water along with irrigation water in the near future.

I don't know Lyle or any other MLS broker or agent personally but my question would be after two years why would a MLS broker/agent not know all of the facts in an area that is starting to have multiple re-sales so that they can answer questions from potential buyers. The good thing is the more replies to this the more name recognition for Lyle. I have looked at some of the statistics that you make available here and it's great information, hard to find elsewhere.

It seems to me that Lyle was trying to get the information/facts you referenced,
because the area is starting to get re-sales!

Which brings up the question, when you buy a resale home, what questions is the real estate person supposed to answer? Almost everything I needed to know came from TOTV.

No, Bogie, I cross check everything from several sources. Thank you for the heads up though.
