They are putting in a cattle farm down there somewhere, I think between the prison and the homes. There is nothing buyers have to fear about the prison, the greatest fear in TV would be sink holes. It is very, very, rare that someone would escape from a Federal Prison and if they did do you think they would hang around here. Might hear some cattle but doubtful you'll ever seen a prisoner wandering around. We live in Fenney and don't give the prison a second thought, it's sort of like a tourist attraction down there if you have never seen one. They should add that to the Trolley Tour.

Others do not mind kissing lanai's, some would prefer not to have them. Some folks want a wood frame vinyl sided house, some stucco.

I have met people who think their 4000 sqft. Premier home is too small for just 2 people. I met a lady the other day who is thrilled with her 1200 sq ft cottage. Some love their courtyard villa, some love walls, some crave the wide open spaces.

People are thankfully very different, and The Villages does a great job of having something for everyone.

Fenny is beautiful, and I look forward to doing one year warranty inspections there soon.

We all have opinions, but perhaps we should be careful that our opinions do not "rain on someone's parade". EVERY home has good and bad points, and a feature that someone would NEVER live with may be in your opinion the best part of your home.

Anyone who lives anywhere in The Villages is probably in the top 1% of the worlds population......we are ALL very blessed.

Just my two cents....may not be worth even that.

Or WAIT FOR THEM TO Live there for years and never have a prison break or a disaster. Or hear sirens or bells...............WAIT AND SEE.

This is not about dissing TV, we're all obviously here because we like the place. This is about smart people trying to do their due diligence so that they don't end up living in a home that is not in their comfort zone. A dump is a big deal, a prison is a big deal! Maybe not for some folks but for many it is. The realtors don't seem to be disclosing this information so it's up to us disclose it to one another and that is where TOTV comes in.
