On a quick look see, seem very similar and location could certainly be a factor. Any proximities to low level electromagnetic fields could be a health issue and, of course, a bad case of the uglies, neither of which makes these attractive to me. With all the options, I would assume these properties to be a harder sell. It always seems that the developer is able to sell properties like these better than they go in the resale market and I do not understand why.

Don't forget what happened to Charles McGill and his horrible death. This magnetic field stuff is nothing to fool around with.

So, if you don’t mind hugging power lines, save a buck to live on Dyson Loop.

As an example, a Ruby on Dyson Loop is listed for $186,710 while an identical looking Rudy on Feulner Place is $213,140.

Thank you for your post and for asking. Seems like you could have figured it out, but no I did not know why he posted, so I asked.

Since he has been looking at home since 2014, I was surprised at his post. It looks like he has time on his hands with this shut-in and he was just wondering (wondering out laud) what other thought.......even thou he probably already knew.

Does that help your confusion? Let me know if you need more help.

I agree that the $26,000 could be finishes that are inside. They add up quickly.

Most of TV power lines are under ground, but the farther south you go this may not be true.

I get it. You want to build your dream retirement home so find the lot or home that makes your dream real to you. Nothing wrong with that thought.

many factors contribute to the old saying..."location, location, location"

I wouldn't want to live too close to the Turnpike (noise)...too close to a swamp (bad things crawl out of them) or under power lines (those lines bleed)

Clueless.

Was not asking you.
My question was the second post........your post was much later.

I should ask what's your point, but I don't care.

We lived next to power lines for over 20 years. EMF's drop off rapidly as you move away and the distance from line to home is far enough. Unless you are up in the tower you will receive higher EMF's from your electric alarm clock, cell phone or the worst case scenario is an electric blanket which you are covering your entire body with an electric field. They are just ugly, at least we had mature tree line to block them.
