Default epidemic .???

Hey when I was in an iron lung in the early '50s with polio and our house was being quarantined

that was epidemic

When we get past the 17,000 death toll of the swine flu back in 2010 then maybe
" pandemic" and other terms can start to be used

I agree it's private however this is not a "personal health issue", this is a health issue that could involve a lot of people, If the person was at a Publix, Bealls, whatever restaurant, I think it is our business to know if we could've come in contact with him. If this person has only been in certain parts of the Villages then it's "none of my business" but a concern for the person or persons having it or getting the virus.

If you were given the name, would you know if they passed you in the store?

Sadly, you're talking to people who listen only to themselves and Dr. Google when claiming that vaccines (like polio vaccine) are more harm than good and therefore they do not get them....to the detriment of other innocent souls like school children.

Doesn't matter, HIPPA is the current law

1. Nobody ever said "anyone who wants it can be tested".

2. Try Canada:

(REUTERS) Despite assurances from public health officials that coronavirus tests are widely available, some front-line physicians say they’re having trouble getting patients tested, creating potentially dangerous gaps that could leave Canada vulnerable to outbreaks.

You have to be kidding that this person should be kept anonymous ! This isn't a fun game we are playing, testing positive will be the death sentence for many Villagers. We should have ALL been isolated days ago. One gets the feeling that only Marshall law will bring home how serious this virus is to too many people having little concern for themselves or others of their species.

In taking my own advice, I'm not going to point fingers as to why it was stated, but in the interest of the truth and accuracy...it WAS definitely said.

To verify and hear it, one only has to search using the phrase...“anyone who wants a test can get a test.”

LOL can’t even get you’re personal health information without paying for it, basic keeps you’re health records from you, but insurance companies have free access.
