Not withstanding political displays in TV I don't believe the Florida Statue impacts private property and the use of a private flagpole as long as the Flag Code is meant. Did some more checking and there doesn't appear to be any Florida Statute that applies to the flag pole and what you can hang from it, as long as the stars and stripes are displayed above any other flag.

Just to be accurate, if you might be referring to the Gadsden Flag, because it has been adopted by the Tea "Party, " you would be wrong. The Gadsden flag is an historical flag recognized as such by the United States. At one time, early during the ARW, it was in contention to become our national flag.

Didn't see anything in your reference that shows any prohibited or excluded flags.....because sports teams aren't listed doesn't mean they are excluded. Unless I missed it of course
