It's an indication of his mental condition if he actually thinks that giving that explanation to the cops makes his flashing more acceptable. :ohdear:

Maybe someone will fix him up with sex on the box girl. I hear she isn't in a long term relationship.

Years ago I was in a boat parade and a guy on the boat in front of us just stepped to the back of the boat to relieve himself like it was a natural everyday occurrence. I got on the radio and asked him what he thought he was doing. When he said he was trying to take a leak, I repeated it into the radio so the other boat captains could hear, and then I asked him if he thought some needle nose pliers would help. The ribbing he got from all the other boat captains for the rest of the weekend was almost worth seeing him exposed.

Well that's it for me, I'm pettered out and turning in.

Maybe wants to prove some parts are not as wrinkly as others...

He obviously has 'shortcomings' in his life.

He should have went to LSL and try to hook-up with the "sex on the square" woman.
