Since moving to Florida 11 years ago, I have seen a change in weather patterns. Call it global warming or climate change, one sure thing is that Florida is moving from the hot dry south with multiple hurricanes and tornadoes To a more wet and tropical state. I was warned about the dangerous Florida weather but have witnessed worse by far in the gulf states and even up into the Ohio valley with increase in bad weather.

Property values will surely go up now! Uummm warm wet tropical weather, like Hawaii ....Maybe we will have easier grown lush lawns, tropical plants, and less of a water bill..
