Default Deskin Lane - Washboard Road

Does anyone else feel like The Villages has totally ignored Deskin Lane - the main street in The Village of Osceola Hills. This road is horrible - like driving on a washboard!

The roads are owned by the county. The villages is entitled to ignore them.

Don't complain here. Call the county road dept for results.

Pretty much all the secondary roads feel like a washboard; drive down one at night after a rain and your headlights shining on the road will show you that.

Also, the major roads, especially at the intersections, are really becoming rough with the potholes, and their raised surfaces, after being repaired.

IMO they probably don’t support the weight of heavy trucks like trash trucks or 18 wheelers. The asphalt moves as trucks move and come to abrupt stop in summer months when heated up by sun.
