When we go to the square I'm usually amazed at the men that walk around with those huge stomachs. I'm 5'9" tall and 160 pounds and 62 years old, usually I can't keep weight on. It's all a matter of exericse, keeping active and not eating too much.
That's great, your BMI is on target.

Problem is not everyone as U observed does exercise except hand to mouth.

No, I have to agree with my Canadian friend on this. Heck my folks all live into the 90s, some the 80s. We have hearts like bulls and bellies like hogs. Appetites like Irish landlords. Now, the smart ones among us walk, walk and walk. We tend to watch the carbs (when the dear wife ain't a spyin) Hahaha.

Jon, the problem is I keep forgetting how many I lifted with right v left, it's hard to keep the muscle tone equal - a bigger issue is the more curls U do the harder it is to remember.

Lol! Just count the leftover cans and multiply by 12 oz. Then divide by 16 and you have the number of pounds lifted during the workout. Of course this doesn't solve "left vs. right", but it's a start.

Smile The Moderation Myth:

No conversation would be complete without a word on moderation. Ha!

Moderation doesn't work with any of the following addictions: Drinking, smoking, gambling, and marital cheating. That being the case, why do so many people insist that it should work with junk-food addiction? (Don't forget to include excessive consumption of starches and fatty meats.)

We might still be young at heart and feel young, but, lets face it, we are no longer young. We are OLD! Old........(rhymes with darts). At this late stage of our lives, moderate consumption of junk food doesn't work well, as if it ever did. So just stop the junk food (cold turkey) and don't look back.
