Default garage storage

Been in our new home for 5 days now and still unpacking, which some have told me is not uncommon. Since we furnished the house before arriving, the unpacking doesn't include furniture, yet it seems to be going slowly, just trying to figure out where to put everything. We have some of the plastic shelving that you put together for the garage that are about 6 ft. high, but everything is exposed. Any recommendations for cabinets that can hide stuff and are reasonable? And if so, where do I find them, or who installs them? I can do it my self, but I wouldn't mind having someone do it for me. Thanks!

Lary - Take a look at this cabinet, available at Sam's Club:

http://www.samsclub.com/sams/shop/pr...064&navAction=

Easy to assemble. 3 adjustable shelves. Cabinet and shelves are powder coated - doors are stainless and lockable. Another nice thing is the cabinet is on 4 large casters, 2 of which lock. So it's easy to move around for cleaning or repositioning. They're $190 each - not dirt cheap but probably the best cabinet of its kind for the money.

I've got a bunch of them at home here in OH and just love them!

Good deal - thanks! I kinda hated to spend the bucks for them......but they ARE extremely sturdy and well made. The casters make it nice to be able to move them around......especially after they're filled up with stuff! Couldn't find anything better for the money. I've been really pleased with them.

Sam's also carries other items that go with those large cabinets - workbenches, smaller cabinets that fit under the workbench, etc. They should have them on display at the local Sam's.
