We do have street cleaner service, usually after midnight. Not sure of the frequency because I'm usually asleep. Also they are not asking FEMA to fund, they are asking for reimbursement. We are paying for the cleanup and FEMA would be mitigating those costs. Whatever FEMA does not reimburse we pay for. At least that's my understanding.
