Since we contemplate coming to TV as snowbirds, we would be interested in renting our place out during some of the months that we would not be using it. Can anyone offer pros and cons of doing this, suggestions as to the best ways to go about doing this, and recommendations of companies that handle the details of rental for a percentage of the rent? Some must surely be better/more conscientious/more reasonable/more responsible than others.... Many thanks!
