Wow! I wish we had any of these other agents. We didn't even get a thank you from our sales rep. All he did was talk a lot. Certainly not recommending him to our friends and family as they consider joining us in this wonderful place.

It's not just new homes. If your particular realtor does it, they do it with pre-owned, also.

Got a wonderful "goodies" gift basket and sign certificate when we bought the house.

Also a generous restaurant gift certificate for referral.
