New villages are gas only but that does not mean you like it or live with it.
I plan to bury a tank. Electric may sweve well for some but, IMHO, once you have used gas there is not going back.

have you ever cooked with propane? there is a big difference between propane and natural.

Yes, you are allowed to bury a tank. The last gas range I purchase included the parts required to convert from natural gas to propane.

I thought I was the only one who didn't like black cooktops! I've had two black cooktops and I don't like them at all. But I keep inheriting them when I move. Even with the special cleaner, I find them very hard to keep clean. However luckily I rarely cook, and when I do, I usually use my Crockpot.
