But is your cart one of the really tall ones? You know, they sit higher than most carts. That's the cart that is difficult for short people.

The biggest problem is that no one wants to or does abide by the rules of the road either in their cars or carts. Rules of the road apply to all vehicles. I think some people think RED means GO not STOP. I know of one person that I hope has learned the hard way that STOP signs mean STOP. He ran the sign in his Caddy, totaled my Golf cart (Custom Cart) received citations and a bunch of points against his license. His insurance paid out nearly 100K due to injuries, property damage and fees.
