Google (in walking mode) is good except for maybe 15% of the time when it takes you across a circle or off the MMP's because it isn't aware of the MMP's.

Our first experience with Villages GPS app 2 days after we moved in here (~3+ years ago) almost got us killed as when heading southbound out of LSL it didn't know you had to go through the Winn-Dixie parking lot to go under the tunnel and continue south along Morse (which had changed YEARS before we moved in) and there we were sitting on the edge of the Morse circle with no idea what to do and only our 2nd day here. We eventually made a U-Turn in a horrible dangerous location. I'm sure it has improved somewhat but that was the first & last time we used it. Doesn't matter WHO makes it, if you can't trust it to safely go where you need to it's useless.

Check out The Villages app. Their drive time estimates are pretty good. I don't know about the other app that you pay for.

You can’t get to Lowe’s on 466a

walmart market. Maybe 8 to 10 minutes.
Not to mention the Publix next to Lowes (Not golf cart accessible)

You cannot get to the Lowe’s on 466A by golf cart, but you can get to the
Lowe’s on 441 by using the golf cart only gate off Paradise Drive. Bring your gate card, no red buttons on that gate.

Same app told me it would take 3 hours t0 get from Fenney grill to Brownwood.

That app belongs to Villages resident and he can only update it after approval and
it has been updated.
