No titles unless street legal.
Get a bill of sale, maybe notized.
No sales tax as no one knows of the sale...

Wow! I have never read so much junk about a simple transaction. There must be a lot of lawyers out there. So simple if the cart is not under warranty. Bill of Sale, Cash......... It's yours. There is a serial number.
