Oh NOOOO!!!! :edit: Tell me it ain't soooo!!! :verymad:

We need a Hershey's Ice Cream shop. When we visited last year, we tried to get ice cream at the shop at Lake Sumter Landing... I wanted a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry. They said they couldn't do it... said they would have to charge for two cones, 6 bucks or something of that nature... urrggghhh.

Are there any good ice cream shops near by...maybe Edy's??

A few ice cream places around, including Brusters on North end of Villages on Rt 42, owned and operated by TOTV members.

There is also a brand new ice cream shop in La Plaza Grande. I think it took the place of TCYB. Ice cream is really good and prices are more reasonable than Haagen Dazs in Sumter Landing. There is also the Kilwin's at the town square in Spanish Springs. And then there is the Cold Stone near Lowe's on 441/27. So I think that you will be very happy with the ice cream here. However, having said that, I agree that there is NOTHING like Hershey's!!
