I thought it was VERY, VERY funny. It got all the right reactions from me. Right away I was thinking "Well, then I'm only paying 1/2 of my amenities fee"!

Yeah, you can't announce chain yanking in advance. Who does that? Snicker.

It was fun Bill. You picked up on it right away.
I especially liked they way some posters jumped right in and verified the accuracy of my post and even embellished it.
Thanks everyone. You all made it a fun thread.

This should take much pressure off the courses and allow tempers to cool.
I told Fireboy on April 1 that there was a recall notice on his new SUV that I forgot to tell him about. And that he had to take the car in to the dealer by March 31. You should have heard him yelling.

Oh how I love April's Fools Day.

Yes folks DID jump in and "verify" this April Fools story and embellish it! Now how does that translate to, what I hope are, real stories, news bits or informational items. Chances for misinformtion increase?

To me the only year round April Fools are the posts here from Lake Weir Living
