Just got even worse. All restaurants carry out food and carry out liquor. No sit in.

I wouldn't say "worse"....we're still blessed if we're up-right and breathing! That said though...you beat me to it. ALL restaurants staying in business will be utilizing carry-out only. NO dining-in!! The governor just mandated it!
Deep breaths now...we can get through this. Might take some planning but you can do it.
