Default Granite counters

In looking at homes I need to figure what it will cost to pt the home into the condition I want. That said can someone who has installed granite counter tops in an Amarillo tell me what it cost? I found one I like but it needs a lot of work.
It also needs flooring throughout. Can anyone give me a price for whole house tile job just rough ball park figures would be good enough. Medium or better quality. Thanks!

They charge $1.50 to $2.00per square foot to rip up existing tile, and new tile varies in price. Approximate price for new tile installation would be around $6 per square foot which would include tile, installation, tax and materials for medium to better grade tile.

ARS for Granite does a great job and in some cases half the price of other suppliers
