Default Hacienda Hills plans announced

In today's Daily Sun the developer announces their plans for Hacienda CC area. It appears they want to make a "trade" with the AAC. It's a bit unclear if they want to build new apartment style housing, or use existing assisted living housing for non age restricted people...in exchange for allowing Villagers to use the new restaurant, pool, and courts. They are to present their idea for the "trade" at next Wednesday's AAC meeting.

The Daily Sun article didn’t say the new amenities would be at Hacienda Hills. It says
“ The Villages would create additional amenity opportunities within the Village Center Community Development District service territory NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 466 in exchange for permitting the developer to use age restricted residential units currently reserved only for independent or assisted living use.
Amenities would include a resort style pool, sport and activity courts, walking paths and open spaces. The developer would own and maintain the property.
Should The Villages proceed with the new age restricted residential units at the Hacienda Hills site, it would feature a restaurant open to the public”
The article doesn’t say the amenities would be at the Hacienda Hills site or am I reading it wrong

sswitenki, the opening paragraph says "new amenities and a restaurant at Hacienda Hills". The article also says the new residential units would be built at the HH site. I'm wondering exactly where all this is going to be built, and will it affect the golf course. Will the residential units be single family dwellings, or some sort of apartment or condominium complex? I'm hoping for a shot-in-the-arm, over a shot-in-the-foot.
