Default Handyman/electrician

Can anyone recommend an electrician/handyman to put up ceiling fans? Is an electrician necessary? What would the going rate be for installing several fans.

As long as the ceiling box is "fan duty" rated any handyman should be able to hang any fan--if wiring or box replacement is required then you'll need an electrician;however, ask for proof of insurance before anyone works on your property and or in your house

I would recommend Vic Wardle, "ElectricVic" for any work you might need. Many references and happy customers.
