To be precise, homes on that street with the same gc frontage sold for: 474, 527, 476, and 595 thousand.

For starters.
Went on their tour yesterday. Not to be argumentative but; most lots are terrible, very small and home built on top of each other; of all the models only one had a decent pool and some had no pool; Not one summer kitchen in any of them.

There's one born every minute.
Someone will love it and just have to have it.
Just like another property which was mentioned in a separate post, it will be interesting to see how long this one
remains on the market.

Check out Zillow Chatham NJ
exactly. we sold what we had up there, & purchased here for half the amount. if you are able to pay with cash/money, costs & fees go way down

Default Answers to What Makes a House Worth a Million

Lots of things, and not all exterior. A children's dentist back home built such a home (this was over 20 years ago) for close to that price for his parents. It was a two-story huge brick home on a large lot. Even though they were not handicapped then, he still had the house built totally handicap accessible. The bathrooms were large enough in all aspects to accommodate wheel chairs, walk-in tub, etc. He had an elevator, not a lift, an elevator in addition to the stairs. He left no stone unturned and no expense spared. This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly imagine.

What makes a property worth a million bucks?
A lot of time it is location.

Our location here in The Villages is blazing HOT.

I have a granddaughter who lives in Manhattan. Little spaces there, APARTMENTS, less than 2000 sq ft and some with DANGEROUSLY lacking ways to get out in case of fire go for exorbitant prices.

If it sells it will be worth a million bucks.

We will see.

The country is in the best financial climate for selling homes it has been in for YEARS.
