It seems like female pooches often pee a lot in one place while male dogs go various places marking their territory.
I almost always have to pull Beau away before he pees in Pet Smart or some other pet store no matter how many places I take him before going in there in an attempt to empty his bladder. He almost always has a little stored up. I do pull him away before he can get something out unless distracted I am distracted by a dog or a cute woman. |

Beau encountered Sammy a few days ago. A rather territorial dachshund. Sammy wanted to take a piece out of Beau but was stopped suddenly by the electric fence. I guess that is one way to make your dogs go only in your yard.
Beau will go in out yard if is is really cold and he does not want to walk anywhere but it is hard to just make him go if he wants some actual exercise. I pick up his poop and he usually dribbles here and there will marking where other dogs have gone. Usually in bushes and fire hydrants and sometimes in drive ways and often on his paw as he is not a good director of his pee. |

It always amazes me that a lot of those who otherwise would be pretty strong on 'personal rights'...have no compunction when their pet infringes on other people's property. :ohdear: What exactly IS that about? |

Live and let poop as long as you clean it up. Kind of hard when it is runny. |
