Don't have one bookmarked for Lake County.

I would rank the 3 counties as far as ease of access on-line with Sumter first, then Marion and trailing a distant third, Lake.

Just remember when you look at those prices that closing and bond price is not included.(Many people pay the bond off at settlement. ) Additionally, the homeowner may have invested much more in upgrades. The selling price gives you a good base point but may not tell the whole story.

You can go to ZILLOW.COM. It will give you a lot of information on what a home sold for and some homes you can find the first sale new cost and any subsequent owners cost.
