Lots of people putting on new roofs in our village.

Wonder if they are forced to do so and get better rate?

My homeowners’ renewal last month came in $29.00 lower so maybe good thing are starting to happen.

We used Kin at our previous house, no change until 3rd year. Still far less for the same coverage with 5 different companies. Plus if one saves $$$$ for couple years, just a bonus. It’s not like the old days where everyone is loyal to Insurance and stays for decades. Window shop every year if worth 20 minutes

Mine went down last year by about 10%! Just renewed again and it went up by 10%. However, increased the deductible I had for hurricane protection to the new state minimum.

I can guarantee you're gonna have to fight an insurance company to be made whole again, no matter who you use.

We had no problems with Tower Hill on a $60K lightning damage claim

Cabrillo is not an insurance company its an insurance agency. They represent several different insurance companies.

My insurance paper says “Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency, US Coastal Property and Casualty Insurance Company”. When I needed to make a claim I was very happy with how they handled it.
