Default Water restrictions

I was wondering if the water restrictions that are in place have caused many problems with burnt out lawns and dying scrubs.

Not if you have the water going, for 45 minutes or longer, in each station.

We're also finally starting to get some decent rains each week, so, the once a week restrictions aren't causing any further damage. In newer Villages they put in Empire Zoysia grass which is supposed to be more drought tolerant. The Golf Courses look beautiful.
