I think Marshalls is that store that sells all the junk that nobody wanted in the first store that tried to sell it.

That is one of the best, most unabashed, honest and funny posts I've read here in a long time. Thanks Barefoot!

No worries here GG. If everyone is excited, then so am I!
And I like the location - it's very convenient for those of us who live mid Villages!

See, Our Barefoot wasn't being funny. SHE LIKES IT. I thought I missed something. I hate when that happens. It is close to Bare and me...happy, happy, joy. joy.

It is so much fun to shop there. If they don't have what you're looking for one time they may have it the next week. That's the great thing about having one nearby.

Maybe not all Marshalls are the same. The one nearest me in Miami seemed to be just a dumping ground of unsellable junk.
Perhaps they just got the stuff that other Marshalls couldn't sell.

You are so right about that! It's like the men shopping at Harbor Freight.

I think I will have to avoid Home Goods for the first month, as the crush of people in the store, will be overwhelming.

I would be interested to sell their sales figures, for the first three months.

Home Goods will be a very popular store in TV.

BTW - GG and Bare, it's a short distance for me. Don't have a need to stop by the Ft. Lauderdale store.
