I just called Community Standards and they have received no reports of people showering at any of the dog parks or anything like that. I already pay taxes to support the homeless and yet those in charge refuse to spend that tax money wisely. So instead of trying to guilt shame people and you care so much then contact your local politicians to do something about it.

It's a DOG park...not a personal bathroom for many who have chosen this lifestyle and get away with it due to some bleeding hearts in lieu of using common sense.
