Perhaps it's a self-defense mechanism, so you don't feel guilty about the abject destruction you really are contributing to: pretend it's not happening.

Feb 2017 - Oct 2017 - 206 residential units sold south of 44
Oct 2017 - Oct 2018 - 1330 residential units sold south of 44

Those are the real numbers according to the approved audits.
