Sadly, most people assume that the parking at the last house is public, i.e., overflow, parking in the CVs. To make matters worse, if you complain to TV, they will usually just add stripes and make it overflow. It really is a lose-lose.
I think your best bet is a gentle note explaining how difficult it is for you to back out of your driveway. Of course, I'm sure at least one will suggest you back up to the corner and turn from there, which is what a lot are forced to do in the other villa areas. Stinks but ...... |

twalker, I am not 100% sure. But I believe the answer is no from what I read in the cov. for CYVs. That is why we can not do pavers, designed concrete, etc. All CYVs are suppose to look the same except for the landscaping.
Redwitch, I seriously do not see how they can mark for parking. If you measure the road as we have you will find it is not a standard width of a normal road. It is much narrower. When people park in that area, they are actually parking in the middle of the street, as there is no shoulder area. Army Guy |
