A good friend of mine moved to Titusville with her husband about 6 years ago. My friend's sister, who is retiring from teaching this June, was looking at homes in TV last summer and I tagged along with my friend and her sister for a few days during the home search, and I was so impressed with what I saw in TV. My friend's sister bought a home in the Village of Caroline about 5 months ago, and she will be a full-time resident starting this summer. I know she will miss the Chicago winters about this time next year.
