Go to Lowe's or HD and purchase a pole made for doing such things. Gee, these people that recommend a handy-man are pretty helpless.

Invite your son or son-in-law to your house and have him do it.

Find a handyman. Most will change out bulbs for a reasonable fee. I had mine all changed out and the cost was minimal.

You can buy a light pole it has clamp on the end that allows you to change a bulb. Probably can get in home depot

My main suggestion is much the same. DEFINITELY replace bulbs with long life LED bulbs. We replaced all of ours when we moved-in in 2014. We’ve only had to replace one bulb, so far! Good luck.
