Holy smokes! Sales have really heated up!

Time to think about purchasing? Prices might increase soon

Not sure if that is right..................normal numbers are selling 300 homes per month.

I took a ride to Cattail and found a whole bunch of homes being built on the new golf course that should be opening soon, Last week I only saw the front of one home. Several of them are already sold as they have the buyers first names written on the window they are getting very close to 301, amazing what is going on.

The actual time to build a home here is about 4 days according to my observation
