Default Buying soon

We will be coming down in mid April to hopefully buy our new home. Looking at one in Charlotte and one in Sanibel. Any suggestions as to which Village we should choose?

Nope, They are both great Villages and are next to each other so there's no difference in location as far as distance to shopping and the squares.

No matter what village you choose, it will be great. Those area have residents that get together and are closer in their respective ages.

Was in TV in early March and looked at many new homes with a sales person and they were all terrific. Ended up buying a Designer Home in the Village of Fernandina, which is located adjacent to the Villages mentioned.

Based on my recent experience it all boils down to what you personally desire in the home (I.e. floor plan). After awhile........looking at so many endless possibilities you head starts to spin.........but it's a pleasant type of spin....!!!

Best of luck.
