I set my control at 77 for A/C and 70 heat on automatic, never had problem with humidity. If I set my A/C lower than 77 my lungs congest making hard to breath normal at night.

The ideal healthy humidity range is 45-55%. Anywhere inside this range is golden. Most houses achieve this easily.
