I have to say that Comcast not only has poor customer service, I think they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

I thought my ordeal with Comcast was over last night. This morning my TV wasn't working. I call Comcast, chose the option to add more services, 30 seconds got a human on the phone, they transferred me to the help dept., was told by a robot that the wait time was 40 min. ,chose the option to be called back, 20 min. later a friendly American in Ft. Myers Fl.called me back, 5 min. later TV working. This was a good experience.

Called Comcast Friday 11/11/13 for phone issue and was on hold 40 minutes. They set appointment for 3 - 5 pm the following day. The next day no one showed by 5:30 pm so I called Comcast again and was on hold for 35 minutes. They said he was running late and would eventually be there. He showed up at 6:30 pm and was there until almost 8:30 . He said everything is hooked up and should be working fine. We did not get to test it until 11/14 and it was not working. Called Comcast again and they said they would have to activate it and that could take from 24 to 72 hours. This morning I was on the side of the house and noticed that the box was hanging off the wall and the phone wires are hanging out of it. I contacted Debbie at Comcast and within an hour the phone is working and the area supervisor called and said he will be out right away to fix the box on the outside wall.
