I’m surprised that you actually need to ask this question.

I was a Realtor for 41 years in Omaha, NE. When working with a buyer I did the best I could for that buyer. When working with a seller I did the best I could for that seller. When I acted as a dual agent, I showed both the buyer and the seller the same comps that were available and helped each come to a conclusion that they felt comfortable and pleased with. I rarely had any conflicts as I was always completely straight with all parties. Best of luck to you. (So sorry, I forgot to add that I think you should pick only one to work with as long as you feel/think they are working for YOU).

With the new NAR laws you have to sign with an agent BEFORE looking at any houses. Did you sign with one? If not, sounds like they are both in violation.

IMO buyer owes nothing to selling agent or any agent they work for seller (in this case the builder) sure have all these fancy wording, but in end all about money. |

You should stay with your original agent. They can sell you all the same homes.

It applies to NAR/MLS. Does not apply to VLS reps selling a new home. |
