They probably use the cord for saving chairs when they're not charging their cart.

Also, how would you feel if you tripped and fell flat on your face from n extension cord stretched across a sidewalk that runs around the square?

Par cars have an onboard charger and, a 50 foot extension cord would not handle the amperage.

You said the cord was covered by chairs so how could you trip?

Since I assume you aren't talking about reincarnation, you are probably referring to the second definition. Suggests to me that one should not steal electricity if they want to avoid bad things happening to themselves. My neighbor can have some electricity, and I'm sure he will let me have some of his. Probably nice if we ask each other first, and then not do it every day.

Assignment complete. You take care too.

It saves a lot of angst on the pickle ball court. If someone makes a questionable call, we leave it up to Karma to sort out on the next point.

Or maybe we'll come back as a wiffle ball.

Sorry, off topic.

There should be more charging stations for people trying to use alternative energy. Even if they're not free.

Wow. The anger expressed in these threads is beyond my comprehension.

They put the chairs out after my wife snagged the cord with her heal.--

As the o.p. said, who goes around with their weighty charger and 50-ft. extension cord??

And even apart from the electricity and who pays for it at that landscaping outlet, what kind of an arrogant, entitled person would run a cord across a sidewalk that others can trip over and break their skull open?

Anybody who owns an electric cart should be paying the piddlin' amount the cart roadside assistance companies charge monthly, for towing/charge/etc.......OR have a second gas cart at home to tow the electric one home themselves.

But cheapskates and moochers are not going to spend their precious money on that.

They're also not likely to leave their extension cords and chargers unattended for some other cheapskate and moocher to steal or risk a lawsuit.
The story sounds fishy to me. But I like it when people get all riled up. I haven't heard from the guy who can't iron his own shirts yet. He's my new favorite.

Its for real, we called community patrol & gif you want to you can check with them--IMHO opinion the cheap clowns who frequent Spanish Springs-will kill it

We only go there for a movie or a show @ the Sharon

I have to go there 2 days a week because my trainer is @ MVP

Walter123 02-01-2016 02:44 PM

The moral of the story is don't get charged up on someone else's a-cord.

You're so right Nucky, we bought a former combat buddy of mine a furnished villa in the Village of Buttonwood;after they had fallen on hard times

Too bad the Villages was not their cup of tea- they moved and the $170K--they netted has made them able to move on-so don't lecture anyone on generosity
