NASA did contract SpaceX to provide the lunar lander for Artemis III in 2025. A Starship will take the lander to lunar orbit and hand off to the NASA crew.

To answer your original question, there is no place set up in the Villages for watching rocket launches.

???
We walk up on the Chitty Chatty Bridge. (Do not park on the bridge.)
Clear shot to the coast because it is "set up" higher than other locations on the ground.
So there... :)

There is a "star gazing " area at Homestead but it closes at dark. Dumb huh? Makes no sense

Above my paygrade but as far as SpaceX and a private company doing space launches, how can our country maintain security? Secrets, available to the highest bidder?

SpaceX does not build ships large enough to go to the moon and back. They are currently focused on orbital missions.

I think this is the location I was looking for. I had heard it was one that closed at dusk which was very odd to me.
