Deliberately brake checking is illegal. If it causes an accident, it's a felony.
Deliberately driving below the speed limit - with no rational reason other than to annoy other drivers - is also illegal. Being involved in an accident you caused, even if you are damage free, and then leaving the scene, is a felony. Why do people think they are immune from the law by trying to rationalize their illegal actions. |
