recommendations for second shot which is showing more reactions than the first:
From a nurse managers at a local hospital giving shots:
start taking tylenol right before the second dose (at home prior to leaving for the shot) and keep up for the next 24 hours.

There have been other things posted regarding taking Tylenol before or after you get the shot stating it is unknown weather it will interfere with the antibodies.
So much is unknown that it unknown.

This is from an article published in Health:
Another thing you don't want to do is to take acetaminophen or ibuprofen in anticipation of potentially having side effects from the vaccine. "Nobody has studied that," William Schaffner, MD, an infectious disease specialist and professor at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, tells Health. "We don't think it would impair your immune response, but we don't want to take any chances."

One can buy blank Amex, Visa, MC.

Printed Blank vaccine cards with no special properties can be printed quickly. With as bad as they are scribble on a third grader could fill it out.

All of our children have both doses. Each sent copies of their cards.
One is semi legible.
Second you can’t read what vaccine, or lot number.
Third name is barely readable, plus in the wrong order.

Hopefully it will improve at some point
