My husband and I live in Sunset Point. We moved here three years ago from Boynton Beach and before that Brooklyn, New York.

Christine here, from Central NJ, along the Delaware river. Plan to come down in April for Lifestyle Preview. If all goes well, plan to buy - then move there and work f/t. Have hard time deciding whether or not I can afford a huge cut in pay if I move from NJ to FL. I'm a nurse and hourly pay is very different in these two places. But, money isn't everything. Life is full of choices. Life is good. TV, I'm expecting, is good. See y'all soon.

Chris here from Pompey, New York just south of Syracuse. Bought our home here in Country Club Hills and have been snow birds for three years. Jim and I loves TV but also love to return back north for a few months each summer. Here we always feel like we are on vacation which is great. We have met some great new friends and have found some very interesting things to do, but you can't replace your family and old friends. I still get a little homesick. I think a hole-in-one might cure it though.

jjdees, seems like there are a lot of us folks from the Syracuse area here in TV now. We are getting together Feb. 13th to go and cheer on the Syracuse University basketball team down in Tampa. You might want to join us. Several folks from the East Syracuse and Minoa area going as well. Go read the info about the tailgate trip here on the sports section of TOTV. I put it up a few days back. Glad to have you join all of us. If you know of any other people give them the same invite.

Have home in Liberty Park since 10/05, retiring this spring, Trying to sell our home 1year already. We have decided to move down this spring whether we sell or not. We have a summer place in Eagle Lake PA. We have vacation to TV about 6 times and cant wait to be there again. See you all soon.

Johnny and Barbara from the NJ shore. I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY and Barbara in Irvington, NJ. We now live in Barnegat NJ and we also are waiting for our house to be sold so we can be TV neighbors. We just returned from TV this month and life here is just not the same. Thank goodness for TOTV which keeps me connected to the action that I am missing. God Bless TV and all who take part. wav

I live in Greenbriar Villas, in the Village of Briar Meadow - right next to Lopez, a great location. I moved here in November, 2007 from Louisville, KY and love it here. It is wonderful being away from the cold and dreary Louisville winters.

Summer here was great; I did not mind the heat at all (and, yes, there was plenty of that); after all, even in Louisville most of the summer was very hot and humid. Just bring on the sunshine and that makes my day! There is still so much to do, and there is always the pool, movies, shopping, clubs, etc. And the opportunity to be situated to where we can visit beaches all over the state for short trips is outstanding.

There is such a different traffic pattern in the summertime, so it is much easier to get around, park, get golf tee times, etc, and there are amazing specials offered everywhere because of the slower time for merchants. If you haven't stayed in The Ville for a summer, you should try it. Freeda Clark

We started out in Brooklyn, currently living in Garden City South, NY waiting to close on the sale of our house sometime around March 1st.
We will then be renting a house in the Village of Duvall and will begin our search for our new home in TV.

We are from Audubon PA, near Philly. Putting our house on the market in March and when it sells - TV. We have been in our house over 30 years so getting ready to sell is tough. Too much stuff!

Paul and Babs in Mallory Square for going on three years. We lived for almost forty years on Chicago's North Shore and still have a home on Lake Michigan in southwest Michigan. But we love it so much in TV that we're down to only about six weeks a year "up north".

The Bronx NY for my first 27 years then New Jersey for 40 years. The Villages of ST Charles since Dec 4th of 2008. My 1st month here

My wife and I have been coming to The Villages for many years. In fact the water tower read "Orange Blossom Gardens" on our first visit. We knew it was where we would retire. :coolsmiley:

We now live in Poolesville, MD about 25 miles from of Washington, DC. Our home of 30+ years is for sale and we will finally live the lifestyle of TV. :beer3::2excited::pepper2:

Burt and Pat closed on a home in Palo Alto Dec. 01, 08, and will split time between there and Bonita Springs until we sell house in Bonita Springs.

Helene and Bill living in South Florida, but come up to our home in Bonita at least monthly. I will retire in 2/2010....can't wait.

My wife (Lynn and Mel) and I live in New Jersey and presently snowbirds in Bonnybrook. Looking to purchase a home in Bonnybrook as we like the neighborhood.
