I can imagine that wave action was helpful. Very rhythmic! Eventually helps you sleep.

It’s a tradition with over 20 friends, every year since 2000. Someone forgot the juice this year so little disappointing. But the sunrise was beautiful, then at 7:32am everyone went home. I will sleep tonight to play catch-up
