the attorney spoke with a judge friend wo told him that the ticket was for exceeding the speed limit and legally while the cop was being a horses a-- he was on legal ground. I had to pay the fine and my insurance company inflected their pain.

I know what you mean there. Morse blvd especially. It's impossible for me to count how many of these I've been passed. Even if there were really tight enforcement they would just be on the multi modal paths jutting between other carts trying to make their tee times because they left the house a little too late. :undecided:
