Heard a rumor that the Morses are looking around for planting a VillagesII. Wonder where?

Arizona, Nevada or Texas would be my guesses.

That is interesting...I wonder if a "Villages II" location in Arizona, Nevada or Texas would be more attractive to buyers from the western states/California/Pacific Northwest than buyers from the East Coast. And would the Morse family wait until TV is built out in 3 or 4 years before starting a "Villages II"?

There is still a lot of undeveloped land in Florida. But really not any large tracts contiguous to TV. I would not be surprised if another TV type development by "the family" is built somewhere in Florida.

The Villages is great. It may keep growing, but quality growth with room for all. So glad they didn't stop this excellent development 5 years ago. Thank you Morris family for creating and maintaining such a beautiful place for all to live.
